You may be considering whether you should join GIA, or you may be looking for a new track in your career. As the founder, I am very glad to have this opportunity to share with you about what is GIA.

GIA doesn't judge people by their level of education and personal background. Many supervisors of GIA start from junior grades. GIA values the cultivation of young people, and is willing to give all young talents a stage for their dreams. GIA regards every colleague as a great potential, as long as he or she is honest.
 
GIA is a big family, and our interaction is equal from top to bottom. What's more, we have a clear and transparent internal process, so that efficiency and effectiveness will not be affected by equality. Working in such an environment, as long as you are willing to work hard, you will be noticed, affirmed and recognized!
