About Intern Program: The Intern Program is 6 months in length, consisting of advanced training and front-line exposure in the booming wealth management industry in Asia. You will have the opportunity to explore multiple business areas such as branding, marketing, operations, business development, client management and such with our experienced staffs. We see interns as part of our team, and are willing to provide them with the flexibility to complete their own ideas.( also known as make your GIA) Our interns will have weekly communication with their assigned mentors to provide instant feedbacks. Fast personal development is guaranteed. By the end of the program, you will be able to know how a leading wealth management firm conducts its daily business and operation.

About Make Your GIA

GIA Financial Group is a well-known and respected firm in Hong Kong. The firm has almost 20 years of history since establishment. We have witnessed the rapid changes in Asia wealth management market in the past 20 years. In order to keep up with the changes and maintain competitiveness, innovation in every area of the company is welcome.

Make Your GIA is a project designed uniquely for our interns. While our interns learn from the best in our industry, they are encouraged to find areas where the firm needs improvement or innovation and present them to senior management. After the project is approved by senior management (90% of the time they are), interns will have the chance to work with other peers or by themselves on the project with coaching from their mentors. The Make Your GIA experience is like running your own department. You will be able to pull and coordinate resources from our multiple offices, it is the best way to transform and adapt from school to real life work.

Work location: The internship program is open to all offices where GIA Financial Group operates. Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Taipei are the main locations where the group operates. All of the locations offer the same internship program and packages. Therefore, you must apply to the place where you study or reside.

What we look for: University students in their 2-4 year.
well-known and reputable university in the place of application.
The commitment to finish the program.
Full time or at least 3 days a week of working time.
