Everyone are able to play a role and bring inspiration to brainstorm others here. Through contacting with different manufacturers and customers, I have seen the financial needs and potential market of high net worth people, and I have a deeper understanding of financial products and services including funds, insurance and real estate projects in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone and overseas regions.

In short, I have taken the first step from school to society in GIA.

The internship experience in GIA was very fruitful. Besides learning knowledge of relevant industries and  my position, I  had the trainings on dealing with people and taking responsibility for work. In order to get a closer look at the operation of the financial industry and try to find out my abilities and interests in practice, I joined GIA's summer internship program.

I think,  the internship did not only fulfil my original expectation, I had learnt technics on dealing with fresh entering workplace and had been able to discover specialty from every colleague throughout my internship.

I am lucky to be here in  GIA. Joining this big family  gave me chances to learn and grow up, I gained a lot during my internship.

The working atmosphere of GIA is relaxed, harmonious, full and happy. There are enthusiastic and cooperative working partners and patient and nice colleagues. The team members are full of vitality and fighting spirit. 

We brainstormed together to develop creative and interesting marketing plans and jointly promoted the implementation of the plans in GIA. They took me to be familiar with the business process of the financial industry and master the marketing skills of marketing. I tried new things constantly, accumulated experience step by step, constantly improved myself and obtained new gains.
