Statement on the clarification of " Global Wealth " in the mainland

Recently, we have noticed some negative reports targeting " Global Wealth " on the Internet in the mainland. As the company in mainland is similar to our company's brand name (GIA), we hereby clarify that:
1. GIA financial group is composed of two Hong Kong registered companies, i) Global Investment Advisors Limited and its subsidiaries ii) Global Wealth Services Limited. The two companies are licensed by SFC and/or IA respectively and are strictly regulated by Hong Kong law.
2. GIA has never operated any financial investment, wealth management, commodity futures trading or trading platform in the mainland. Although the Chinese name " Huanyu" mentioned in the above negative reports is the same as our company, we bear no responsibility on all commercial activities and reports of the platform.
Therefore, we kindly remind all of you to pay attention to this issue and keep a high degree of vigilance against economic losses caused by misleading information. We will take all kinds of legal actions to protect the reputation and legal rights of GIA financial group.
