The Management Trainees (MT) Program is from 12 to 24 months in length, consisting of structured rotation, advanced training and abundant exposure. You will have the opportunity to explore multiple business areas through the rotations in front, middle and back office. Throughout the program, you will be assigned previous MT as coach and a mentor from senior management. At the end of your first year, you will be assigned to one business based on your evaluation and personal preferences. At the end of the entire program, you will be place at a junior management position (usually team leaders) based on the performance and managerial skills you demonstrated. GIA desires young talents who are motivated, energetic, persistent and innovative. As MTs, you will be the first to considered for advancement into middle or senior management when the opportunities come.
Work Location
GIA Financial Group is well established in Greater China. We are headquartered in Hong Kong and have offices located mainly in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Taipei. As MTs, you will be based at the location where you apply. We will be glad to place you in your desired work locations subject to availability.
Recruitment process
CV Screening & Aptitude Test – Interview by HR and line managers – Final round interview with senior management.
What we look for
Bachelor degree and above, master degree is a plus but not required.
Graduates or with less than 2 years working experience.
Excellent Grade Point Average(GPA) is a plus but not required.
